Kapital HR is looking, for one of its clients, one of the most important Educational Publishers in the country, for a person with an interest in the area of education, to fill the position of Project Manager.

- Oversees the implementation of various internal projects, such as CRM, ERP, BI and e-commerce platforms, guiding them from initial planning through launch and maintenance, while respecting the budgetary constraints.
- Administers the e-commerce site by maintaining the product listings, updates, offers, discounts and BOMs.
- Ensures seamless API integration between the ERP, CRM and e-commerce systems, as well as other platforms such as Zoom, Alchemer, WhatsApp and SMS tools.
- Runs email and SMS marketing campaigns using specialized tools.
- Collaborates closely with the marketing and sales teams to optimize CRM solutions and improve business processes and customer engagement.
- Monitors the progress of the projects and makes the necessary adjustments to stay on track.
Requirements
Requirements
- University degree mandatory.
- At least 2 years of experience in managing projects that address internal technical business requirements.
- Proven experience in project management, including proficiency in using PM tools such as Jira, Wrike or Microsoft Project.
- Basic programming knowledge constitutes an advantage.
