KapitalHR is hiring for one of its clients, international debts portfolio management company, covering more than 20 European markets, Project Manager Assistant

Responsibilities

  • Prepare presentations for company clients
  • Support the project manager team in develop clients portfolio
  • Prepare statistic reports
  • Update financial spreadsheets with daily transactions
  • Create cost analysis reports (fixed and variable costs)
  • Process invoices and follow up with clients, suppliers and partners as needed
Requirements

Requirements

  • Work experience as a Finance Assistant, Finance Officer or similar role
  • Advanced MS Excel skills (creating spreadsheets and using financial functions)
  • Advanced MS Power Point skills (creating presentations and graphics)
  • Organizational and time-management skills
  • Analytic and attention to details
  • Ability to spot numerical error
  • Advances English (C1)
  • Degree in Finance, Accounting or Economics
