Project Manager (Approval process) – Bucharest Kapital HR
Kapital Hr is looking, for one of its clients, for a person to fill the position of Project Manager (Approval process).
You will plan, organize and carry out specific activities for preparing the files for obtaining the approvals and authorizations required in the construction field.
You will collaborate with the architects and you will keep in contact with the specialized structures in order to compile the files required for obtaining the approvals/authorizations.
You will ensure that all files are complete (containing all the documents provided by law) and presented in a form compliant with the working procedures of each authority in particular.
You will complete the file with missing/additionally requested documents.
You will compile the files required for approvals/authorizations in accordance with the legislation.
You will have as support: legislative packages, model checklists for each type of approval in particular, approval management software, colleagues experienced in the field of approval of construction projects for additional clarifications.
Requirements
- You have higher education, technical profile (architecture/engineering/economics)
- You know the legislation in force
- You have good project management skills
- You have experience in the field – an advantage
