Responsibilities

- Coordinating the entire process of editing textbooks and school auxiliaries, from conception to publication;
- Supervising the team of editors and close collaboration with authors and editors;
- Ensuring the quality and coherence of the content, complying with educational standards and curricular requirements;
- Reviewing and editing textbooks and school auxiliaries, making sure they are accurate, clear and accessible for students and teachers;
- Collaborating with the design department to ensure an attractive and coherent visual presentation of the published materials;
- Monitoring trends and innovations in the field of education, to ensure the updating and relevance of the published content.
Requirements
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in the field of humanities, education or a relevant discipline;
- Previous experience in editing textbooks and school auxiliaries;
- Excellent communication and writing skills in the Romanian language;
- Solid knowledge in the field of education and the education system;
- The ability to work in a dynamic environment, meeting deadlines;
- Attention to detail and organizational skills;
- Creativity and the ability to find innovative solutions in the development of educational content.
