About the role

GTA HR & Kapital HR is recruiting a Regional / Area Sales Manager for the South-East area, on behalf of a renowned client in the premium food & beverage sector. We are looking for an experienced sales professional, with a strategic approach and results orientation, to lead and develop the sales team at the regional level.

  • Managing and developing the client portfolio in the South-East area (IKA, TT, HoReCa)
  • Coordinating the regional sales team and supporting the professional development of the team members
  • Implementing the commercial strategy and achieving the sales objectives
  • Building and consolidating long-term commercial relationships
  • Monitoring the market and identifying new business opportunities
  • Constant presence in the field and at the company's headquarters in Bucharest
Requirements

Requirements

  • Relevant and proven experience in B2B sales, with a focus on the IKA, TT and HoReCa channels
  • Excellent leadership, organization and coordination skills
  • Orientation towards performance and efficient commercial relationship building
  • Availability for frequent travel in the region and office activity
