About the role

Kapital HR is looking, for one of its clients in the banking sector, in the world top 10, for a person to fill the position of Relationship Manager – Agribusiness.

We are looking in the cities: Constanta, Timisoara, Iasi, Buzau, Bacau, Slobozia

Responsibilities

  • Increasing the bank's exposure in the AGRI sector;
  • Good knowledge of the bank's product offering, dedicated primarily to clients in the AGRI sector;
  • Carries out visits to farmers (clients and prospects) to identify new business opportunities
  • Participates in central and local events meant to increase the visibility of specific products and the acquisition of new clients (industry fairs and conferences);
  • Provides specialized support to the branch network in compiling credit files for farmers;
  • Analyzes and supports the credit files in the Agribusiness area in view of their approval;
  • Analysis and support of the requests for derogations of operational or credit costs of the specific clientele;
  • Carries out credit simulations by phone and establishes the eligibility level of a potential client;
  • Communicates permanently with institutional partners such as APIA, MADR or FGCR
  • Provides constant feedback to the Marketing Division regarding the effectiveness and competitiveness of the current offer, the competition, in view of improving the existing products;
  • Provides updated information dedicated to the Agribusiness sector for the Internet/Intranet page;
  • Is responsible for meeting the quality standards for the services provided;
  • Transmits to the branch desired by the eligible potential client the data obtained in view of compiling the credit file;
  • Manages the situation of the rejection letters for credit applications;
  • Informs the direct superior about any problems arising in the current activity and proposes measures for solving them;
  • Carries out any other tasks in accordance with the Bank's procedures and/or the instructions received from the superior.
Requirements

Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in the financial-banking field,
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in the Agribusiness field;
  • Knowledge of the market of banking products and services;
  • Knowledge of the economic and banking environment;
  • The legal regulations in the banking field (norms, instructions and regulations specific to one's own sphere of activity. E.g.: the procedures regarding know-your-customer, the procedures regarding the prevention of money laundering);
  • Working procedures, operational flows specific to the activity;
  • English language – fluent level;
  • Good use of the programs in the Microsoft Office suite;
