About the role

Kapital HR is looking, for one of its clients, for a sales consultant for luxury cars.

We are looking for a person passionate about cars, with initiative and very good communication skills. Ideally a person with experience in a similar role and an English speaker.

Identifies and develops relationships with potential clients, communicating with individual clients in order to understand their needs and to guide them towards the most suitable product and to close the sale.

  • Talks in order to gain the clients' trust and to identify their needs – both the expressed ones and the implied ones
  • Explains to the client the most suitable options, understanding and adapting to their buying motivation and encourages clients to come into contact with the product (e.g. test drive)
  • Analyzes the clients' needs in detail, in order to propose to them the most suitable solution
  • Evaluates the vehicle presented for trade-in by the client (checks the documentation and obtains quotes for any mechanical or paintwork required) and consults with the Sales Director in order to set the selling price
  • Uses the interactive systems made available, to customize the product offer according to the client's specifications or to evaluate used vehicles
  • Negotiates the selling price in as natural a way as possible
  • Introduces the Financial Director or directly establishes together with the client the payment method and any other financial details, in accordance with the company's rules
  • Finalizes the details of the sale and presents to the client the Vehicle Documentation.
  • Coordinates the order and the delivery
  • Consolidates the relationship with the client at the time of and after the delivery
  • Ensures that each delivery is followed by a phone call, to check the client's satisfaction. Maintains contact with the clients, in order to consolidate the relationship and ensure the continuation of the collaboration
  • Builds and maintains relationships with potential clients, in order to generate new sales.
  • Permanently identifies new sources of potential clients; looks for the information necessary to evaluate the potential of each client.
  • Develops prospecting initiatives, prepares prospecting letters that generate the interest of potential clients.
  • Prepares detailed offer templates, which can be easily adapted to the requests/specifications of potential clients.
Requirements

Requirements

  • higher education graduate
  • minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role
  • computer operating knowledge, the Microsoft Office applications
  • knowledge regarding the principles and practices of consultative selling
  • knowledge regarding the principles and practices of professional relationship building with clients
  • knowledge regarding the specifics of selling luxury/ premium products
  • work experience in the automotive industry
  • driving license and experience
  • advanced level English
