About the role

Kapital HR is looking for its client, a company active in the industrial field, for a person to fill the role of B2B Sales Representative Technical Car Refinish Division – West area.

This role offers the unique opportunity to work closely with painters and specialists, and to contribute to the success of various projects.

Responsibilities

  • Providing technical solutions to clients, in addition to the actual painting operations
  • Assists painters in selecting the paints and materials/systems suitable for each project
  • Provides assistance for preparing surfaces for painting, through cleaning, sanding and applying primers
  • Provides assistance and consultancy for choosing the mixing/blending recipes, in order to obtain the desired chromatics, colors and textures
  • Commissioning the paint equipment and mixers at the clients' premises
  • Carrying out maintenance visits to existing clients
  • Teamwork with the sales representatives
  • Travel to the clients'/distributors' premises
  • Implementing the new materials appearing in the range, testing and promoting them to clients, in accordance with the group's strategy
  • Exemplary knowledge and maintenance of the equipment provided, and using it in carrying out demonstrations
  • Complying with the visit plan drawn up together with the sales representatives, and/or the sales director
  • Reporting and transmitting the conclusions drawn during the demonstrations, as well as recommendations for improving the processes or the range of materials existing at the visited location.
Requirements

Requirements

  • Minimum 3 – 5 years of experience in the position of car painter or car paint technician
  • Promotion and self-promotion skills
  • Dynamic, responsible person, oriented towards the client, performance and the achievement of objectives
  • Presentable and respectful, with a spirit of initiative and team spirit
  • Knowledge of the English language, written and spoken, intermediate level
  • Communication and relationship building skills with specialized clients
  • Category B driving license.
  • IT/digital skills: Working with computer/laptop, knowledge of MS Outlook, MS Excel, MS Word and of working with the recipe programs, ability to learn and understand quickly the recipe books and color documentation.
  • Physical abilities: Good eyesight, good color distinction abilities, power of concentration, stress resistance, good communication and negotiation skills with clients.
