About the role
Kapital HR is looking, for one of its clients, an architecture firm with major projects in civil and industrial construction, for an officer for public information and consultation on urban planning documentation.
Responsibilities

- You will coordinate the drafting of the document for planning the public participation process, based on Order no. 2701/2010 – Public Information and Consultation, the adopted local Regulation, and depending on the complexity of the urban planning or territorial development plan;
- You will manage the public information and consultation activities throughout the documentation process, up to approval.
- You will be the company's point of contact for the public information and consultation activities regarding the project.
- You will appropriately formulate all the information necessary for public debates and you will use all available communication channels to disseminate the information regarding ongoing projects (including organizing press conferences / public debates established together with the City Hall).
- You will draw up public consultation reports;
- You will involve the public in all the stages necessary for implementing an urban planning project: preparatory stage, the stage of drawing up proposals, the stage of approving the PUZ (Zonal Urban Plan).
- You will draft press releases in consultation with the City Hall, identify the optimal consultation channels, use the means of communication to inform, promote and consult the public regarding projects (advertising clips / banners / newspaper announcements);
- You will develop the public consultation strategy, which should also include the means of information.
- You will respond to all the written requests it receives, constituting a single communication hub with public institutions (city halls), natural/legal persons interested in ongoing projects.
- You will regularly review all changes or updates occurring in a project.
- You will comply with the VEGO work standards and procedures.

- You have solid legal knowledge.
- You have advanced knowledge of using specialized legislative software (Indaco Lege 4, Legis, Legalis, etc.).
- You have computer operating skills.
- You have the ability to convey and interpret information
- You know at least one foreign language of international circulation.
- You have the ability to work to deadlines.
- You are attentive to detail.
- You have the capacity for analysis and synthesis, the capacity for logical deduction.
