About the role

Kapital HR is recruiting, for an important client in the luxury real estate sector, a Sales Consultant. This role involves developing the client portfolio, promoting premium residential properties and ensuring a high-quality experience for clients.

Responsibilities

  • **Developing the client portfolio:** - Identifying and attracting clients interested in premium residential properties. - Creating and maintaining long-term relationships with clients in the luxury segment.
  • **Promoting the real estate properties:** - Presenting the available properties in a professional manner, highlighting their uniqueness and benefits. - Organizing personalized viewings and offering an exclusive experience for clients.
  • **Managing the sales process:** - Advising clients throughout the entire acquisition process, from the first interaction to the signing of the contract. - Negotiating the sale terms, ensuring the satisfaction of both parties involved.
  • **Monitoring the market:** - Tracking trends in the luxury real estate market and constantly updating with new opportunities. - Identifying clients' needs and adjusting the sales strategies accordingly.
  • **Interdepartmental collaboration:** - Working together with the marketing and development teams to promote the properties effectively. - Participating in industry fairs and events to increase the visibility of the property portfolio.
  • **Reporting:** - Preparing periodic reports on the sales activities and the progress against objectives. - Identifying and reporting challenges or opportunities for improving performance.
Requirements

Requirements

  • **Education:** Higher education in the economic, marketing, real estate or other related fields.
  • **Experience:** Minimum 3-5 years of experience in sales, preferably in real estate or luxury products/services.
  • **Technical competencies:** - Knowledge of the luxury real estate market and its trends. - Experience in using CRM systems and reporting tools.
  • **Interpersonal skills:** - Excellent communication and negotiation skills. - Client orientation and the ability to offer a personalized experience. - Ability to work in a team and to manage several projects simultaneously.
  • **Foreign languages:** English – advanced level; knowledge of other languages is an advantage.
  • **Availability:** Availability for a flexible schedule, depending on clients' needs.
