Sales Development Manager B2B – Technology Solutions
About the role
GTA HR & Kapital HR is recruiting a Sales Development Manager B2B for a leading company in the integration of IT solutions for retail, banking, logistics and industry. This role is dedicated to expanding the business into new market verticals and requires entrepreneurial initiative, strategic thinking and the ability to build sales teams and structures from scratch.

- Identifying and penetrating **new market verticals** such as: oil & gas, pharma, automotive, logistics, distribution, manufacturing industry, financial services (pawnshops, exchange), national retail, etc.
- **Developing an enterprise client portfolio** in strategic industries, including attracting top clients from each vertical
- **Promoting complex technology solutions** such as self-service, operations automation, cash processing, traceability, customized software and process digitalization
- **Building a sales team (KAMs, hunters)** and defining the specific commercial processes
- Close collaboration with the presales, project management, technical support and call center teams
- Periodic reporting to the Commercial Director, including monitoring the objectives and the budget of the division
Requirements

- Experience of **at least 10 years in complex B2B sales**, including a consultative approach and sales to Key Accounts
- Demonstrable experience in **hunting and business development**, especially in the targeted industries
- Experience in selling **technology solutions** (technical expertise is not required, but understanding the products and processes is essential)
- Strategic skills, initiative and the capacity to execute in ambitious commercial projects
- Resilience, adaptability and results orientation, even in conditions of change
- Excellent **communication, negotiation and leadership** skills (even if team management is not mandatory, coordination potential is preferable)
- Entrepreneurial style, oriented towards solutions and continuous development
- Availability for occasional travel to industry events or business meetings
