Sales Manager – Luxury Residential Complex of the Home Aparts Type
Kapital HR is looking, for one of its clients, a premium residential complex located in Brașov, which includes luxury apartments of the home apartments type, an integrated restaurant and an events hall, for a Sales Manager.
This person will have an essential role in developing and implementing sales strategies, with a focus on attracting clients from the hotel and B2B segment, promoting the luxury apartments, organizing events in the dedicated hall and increasing the visibility of the restaurant.
Responsibilities
- **Developing sales strategies**: identifying target markets and developing personalized offers for B2B clients, the hotel segment and corporate/private events.
- **Attracting premium clients**: establishing partnerships with corporations, travel agencies, event agencies and other relevant entities in the B2B segment.
- **Promoting and selling the events hall**: identifying opportunities for organizing business events (conferences, seminars, etc.) and managing the requests for these services.
- **Promoting the complex**: participating in fairs, events and other networking activities to increase the visibility of the complex.
- **Managing client relationships**: maintaining contact with current and potential clients, creating personalized packages and building their loyalty through high-quality services.
- **Organizing B2B campaigns**: collaborating with the marketing team to create promotional materials and campaigns dedicated to the corporate segment.
- **Monitoring performance**: tracking the sales objectives, analyzing the performance indicators and implementing solutions for improving the results.
- **Interdepartmental collaboration**: working closely with the operations and restaurant team to ensure the impeccable delivery of services for events and stays.
- **Reporting and analysis**: preparing periodic reports on the progress of sales, the occupancy rate and the revenues generated.
Requirements
- Higher education (preferably in marketing, hotel management, economics or related fields).
- Experience of minimum 3-5 years in sales, with a focus on the hotel and B2B segment.
- Proven experience in promoting and selling services for events, including organizing conferences, seminars and private events.
- Excellent communication, negotiation and client relationship skills.
- The ability to work with clients from exclusive communities and to offer personalized solutions.
- Experience in promoting and selling luxury products/services is an advantage.
- Knowledge of managing B2B relationships and CRM.
- Results orientation and the ability to work in a dynamic environment.
- English (advanced level); knowledge of other languages is an advantage.
- Availability for travel, participation in events and networking activities.
