Kapital HR is looking, for one of its clients, for a person with experience in production and technical knowledge, to fill the position of Shift Manager (Production Shift Manager).
Responsibilities

- Coordinates the production activity of the personnel he leads, throughout the shift in which he works;
- Participates in coordinating the production activities with the other activities carried out within the production unit;
- Complies with the provisions of the quality and product safety management system;
- Provides specialized consultancy for solving problems related to his activity;
- Participates in establishing the production plan and the production meetings;
- Participates in carrying out the company's development programs and monitors compliance with the approved norms;
- Is responsible for the impact and importance of his activities on the smooth running of the technological process;
- Is directly responsible for the equipment and tools given to him for administration and use;
- Monitors and is responsible for the products' compliance with the ISO 22000 and HACCP standards, as well as the compliance by the company's personnel with the provisions of these standards;
- Is responsible for ensuring the conformity of the production activity with the specific policy in the field of quality and human safety;
- Is responsible for the impact and importance of his activities on the quality of the product;
- Is responsible for the rotation of stocks, FIRST IN – FIRST OUT;
- Is responsible for complying with the requirements of the management system and the legislation in force;
- Is responsible for the occupational safety and health activity, the prevention of occupational risks and carrying out the on-the-job and periodic training of subordinate workers;
- The duties / tasks of the position regarding the technical maintenance activity;
- Participates in establishing the equipment maintenance activities;
- Participates in establishing the repair plan in accordance with the production plan and the preventive maintenance plan;
- Participates in the maintenance of the equipment and the production lines;
- Checks the steam installations and complies with the prescriptions for them (ensures the operation of the water softening station within optimal parameters – zero German degrees of hardness; carries out the mechanical purge once per shift; makes the boiler treatment solution).

- Very good communication and relational skills, distributive attention, sense for the significant detail, quick decision-making capacity;
- Energetic personality, positive thinking, kindness and efficiency;
- Knowledge of English;
- PC operating skills;
- Driving license category B.
- Very orderly, organized and structured person;
- Skills for evaluating performance based on objective, technical criteria;
- Tenacity and initiative;
- Orientation towards accomplishing the objective/task;
- Desire to develop at the workplace.
