- Supervising and coordinating production during the work shift, ensuring that production is carried out efficiently and in accordance with the quality standards.
- Managing and coordinating the production team during the shift, ensuring that the tasks are completed successfully.
- Monitoring and ensuring the proper functioning of the production equipment and machines.
- Applying the safety and hygiene standards in all production operations.
- Solving the technical problems and any production-related problems that may arise during the shift.
- Contributing to the development and implementation of procedures for the continuous improvement of the production processes.
- Managing the stocks of raw materials and materials to ensure their availability during the shift.
Requirements
Requirements
- Experience of minimum 5 years in a similar position in the food industry, preferably in cold cuts production.
- Higher education in the field of engineering or food production.
- Solid knowledge of production processes and food hygiene.
- Good skills in managing personnel and resources.
- The ability to work under pressure and to make quick and efficient decisions.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Availability to work in shifts (including at night) and in controlled-temperature conditions.
