Kapital HR is seeking a Senior AI Engineer to join our client’s innovative team and drive the development of cutting-edge AI solutions for business environments. In this role, you will design, implement, and optimize AI models and systems, collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable, high-impact solutions. Your expertise in Python, machine learning frameworks (PyTorch, TensorFlow, Keras), and AI tools (LangChain, OpenCV) will be key to advancing our AI capabilities and solving complex business challenges.

Responsibilities
- Design, train, and deploy machine learning and deep learning models using PyTorch, TensorFlow, and Keras;
- Experiment with LangChain, OpenCV, and other AI tools to build innovative solutions (e.g., NLP, computer vision, generative AI);
- Optimize model performance, ensuring scalability, efficiency, and alignment with business goals;
- Lead cross-functional teams (engineers, data scientists, product managers) to integrate AI solutions into production environments;
- Mentor junior team members and foster a culture of continuous learning and innovation;
- Work closely with stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical specifications and AI solutions;
- Develop and maintain AI infrastructure using Docker, Linux, and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP);
- Implement CI/CD pipelines and best practices for model versioning, monitoring, and deployment;
- Ensure data security, compliance, and ethical AI practices in all projects;
- Stay updated with the latest advancements in AI, machine learning, and data science;
- Propose and prototype new AI techniques, algorithms, or tools to enhance our product
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, or a related technical field;
- 5+ years of experience in AI/ML engineering, data science, or software development;
- Proficiency in Python and experience with machine learning frameworks (PyTorch, TensorFlow, Keras);
- Familiarity with LangChain, OpenCV, or similar AI libraries;
- Experience with Docker, Linux, and GitHub for collaborative development and deployment;
- Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and big data technologies (Spark, Hadoop) is a plus;
- Knowledge of MLOps practices and tools (MLflow, Kubeflow) is valued;
- Ability to tackle complex technical and business challenges;
- Experience guiding teams and fostering collaboration;
- Strong ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders;
