About the role
Kapital HR is looking for a talented and dedicated lawyer to fill the position of Senior Associate in the finance-banking division, for its client, one of the largest and most renowned law firms in Romania.
The ideal candidate will have extensive knowledge of banking and financial law and will be able to provide high-quality advice to clients in the banking sector.

- Providing legal advice in the banking and financial field to clients, including banks, non-banking financial institutions and other entities in the financial sector;
- Managing various legal aspects specific to the banking sector;
- Drafting and reviewing contracts, agreements and other legal documents relevant to banking operations;
- Monitoring and analyzing legislative changes and regulations in the banking field and ensuring our clients' compliance with them.
Requirements

- Law degree
- Member of the Bucharest Bar
- Relevant experience in the banking and financial field, ideally gained in a law firm or within a banking legal department;
- Solid knowledge of banking and financial law;
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills;
- The ability to work effectively both individually and as part of a team;
- Results orientation and attention to detail.
