About the role
KapitalHR is recruiting Senior Civil Litigation Lawyer for one of its clients, Romanian Law Firm, acknowledged player in the market.
The ideal candidate will meet the following criteria:

Requirements
- excellent written and spoken English (good knowledge of additional foreign languages is an advantage);
- experience in civil litigation of minimum 4 years, with focus in insolvency , public acquisitions, administrative contentious
- experience in assisting and representing the clients before arbitral courts could be a ‘’nice to have’’
- entitled to represent the clients before all Romanian courts, The High Court of Cassation and Justice or arbitration courts (if above applicable)
- team player, having a strong commitment to the firm, loyalty, willingness to learn and to work under pressure
- excellent organisational skills
- autonomy in managing a case
- willingness to undertake business trips in Romania and abroad if necessary.
