About the role
Kapital HR is looking for a dedicated and well-prepared Senior Tax Consultant to join the dynamic team of our client, a tax consultancy company affiliated with a prestigious law firm in Bucharest. In this role, you will be responsible for providing advanced tax advice to clients, ensuring that they comply with tax legislation and optimize their taxation structure.

- Providing high-quality tax advice to clients, including the analysis of the tax situation and recommendations for optimizing taxes.
- Drafting and reviewing tax returns and the related documentation.
- Maintaining a good relationship with the tax authorities and managing tax audits.
- Carrying out tax impact analyses on transactions and business structures.
- Participating in tax planning and restructuring projects.
- Ensuring that all clients comply with the tax legislation in force and identifying tax risks.
- Providing training and support to the juniors on the team.
- Monitoring legislative changes and market trends in the tax field.
Requirements
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, economics or a relevant field.
- Professional certifications in the tax field (e.g. ACCA, CFA, etc.) are an advantage.
- Minimum 4 years of experience in tax consultancy or in a similar role.
- Solid knowledge of national and international tax legislation.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Analytical and problem-solving capacity.
- Teamwork and client relationship management skills.
