KapitaLHR is recruiting for its client, a top hypermarket chain in Romania, a person to fill the position of SQL & ETL Developer
Responsibilities
Responsibilities
- •Defines the management rules for the calculation of the indicators, identifying and validating the origin and the quality of the data;
- •Develops ad-hoc reports for the Head Office and the stores;
- •Interacts and provides support on the topics of reporting and data modeling;
- •Centralizes and distributes the information regarding the results and the performance indicators from the commercial, logistics, product, or eCommerce areas;
- •Monitors the reliability of the data and the consistency of the figures;
- •Analyzes and updates the performance indicators through the internal platforms, which allow us to understand and explain the results of the activity;
- •Creates and maintains a good collaboration with the departments involved in the projects carried out;
- •Gets actively involved in various projects.
Requirements

- •Knowledge of SQL, BI and ETL platforms – proven experience;
- •Developed analytical spirit, attention to detail;
- •Very good organization and planning skills;
- •Overall thinking oriented toward finding solutions;
- •Team spirit, proactivity, and positive attitude;
- •Capacity for decision-making and taking responsibility;
- •Knowledge of English and/or French – intermediate level.
