About the role
Kapital HR is looking for one of its clients, a large multinational company operating in the automotive industry, for a person to fill the position of Technical Support.
They will provide support to the network of authorized repair workshops through technical documentation, periodic technical briefings, and will respond to direct requests received from the network after analyzing and documenting them in accordance with the instructions received from the Technical Manager.

- – Provides advisory-type support to the network of authorized repairers in understanding and applying the instructions from the technical documentation.
- – Responds to the direct technical requests received from the network of authorized repairers after analyzing and documenting them in accordance with the instructions received from the Technical Manager.
- – Ensures the technical liaison with the manufacturer for solving technical problems, including for the intelligent tester.
- – Collaborates with the warranty department for the correct identification of the cause of a malfunction that is the subject of the warranty granted by the manufacturer.
- – Is a member of the technical expertise team in the organization.
- – Checks and processes the warranty orders/service actions.
- – Tracks the flow of the defective parts replaced under warranty (verification / labeling / storage / scrapping).
- – The position involves travel outside of Bucharest. Occasionally, participation in courses outside the country.
Requirements
Requirements
- Higher education (Faculty of Transport).
- Solid technical knowledge in the field of the automotive industry (internship or work experience in the automotive industry is an advantage).
- Excellent communication skills.
- Organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Advanced knowledge of English.
- Computer operation skills (MS Office).
- Category B driving license.
