About the role

Kapital HR is looking, for one of its clients, a company specialized in the production of POS (Point of Sale) equipment and in-store marketing solutions, for a person to fill the role of Supply Chain Relationship Manager.

Main Role and Responsibilities

The Supply Chain Relationship Manager will have a strategic and operational role, being responsible for managing and developing the relationships with the suppliers and partners in the supply chain, ensuring an efficient coordination of the processes for achieving the organization's objectives.

  • **Management of relationships with suppliers:** - Building, maintaining, and developing relationships of trust with suppliers and strategic partners; - Negotiating and renegotiating contracts and commercial terms, including prices and volumes; - Monitoring the performance of the suppliers according to the established indicators (KPIs), such as the punctuality of deliveries, the quality of products/services, and compliance with contractual deadlines.
  • **Operational planning and coordination:** - Collaborating with the internal teams (procurement, production, logistics) to ensure the efficient flow of goods and services; - Managing orders and stocks, with an emphasis on optimizing their level and minimizing costs; - Proactively identifying and solving any problems that arise in the supply chain.
  • **Analysis and optimization:** - Constant analysis of the performance of the supply chain and the proposal of improvement measures; - Drafting periodic reports regarding the performance of the suppliers, the costs, and any risks; - Implementing innovative solutions for increasing efficiency and reducing costs in the supply chain.
  • **Compliance and risk:** - Ensuring the compliance of all the processes in the supply chain with the internal policies and the legal regulations; - Identifying the risks in the supply chain and developing strategies.
Requirements

Requirements

  • Higher education
  • Experience: Minimum 3-5 years in similar roles in Supply Chain, Procurement, or Commercial Relationship Management;
  • Technical competencies: - Solid knowledge of the processes in the supply chain and good practices in supplier management;
  • Interpersonal skills: - Excellent negotiation and communication skills; - Capacity for conflict management and the quick solving of problems; - Results orientation, attention to detail, and organizational capacity.
  • Foreign languages: Knowledge of English at an advanced level.
  • Way of working: On site, location – Sector 1, Bucharest
  • Work schedule: 8:00-17:00
