KapitalHR, is curently seeking for one of its clients, an online educational community, a Tech Manager.
Responsibilities

- Has a technical administrative role over the online platform.
- Has an input in product vision, road-map and growth opportunities.
- Oversees all the technical aspects of platform developments and improvements.
- Leads the planning product release plans and sets expectation for delivery of new functionalities.
- Runs tests of the platform: security, high performance stress etc.
- Assures good communication flow with the maintenance & development team (Ascend Net & HPM).
- Makes sure that all the minor errors & bugs are fixed in proper time (according to SLA).

- Previous working experience as a Product Owner.
- Details oriented person, sharp analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Team player – a person who understand the functionality of a team.
- Responsability – person who can manage a difficult situation, who can find healthy solutions, who can work in chaotic culture.
- Flexibility – person who can adapt to unpredictable situations and can create more than one solution to any problem that can appear into the game.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Creative thinker with a vision.
