About the role

KapitalHR is looking, for its client, a successful company in the FMCG industry, with a rich history in the production of high-quality products, for a person to fill the position of Trade Marketing Manager.

This position is new in our client's organization and was created to help the company in its continued growth and development on the food market in Romania.

Responsibilities

  • Developing and implementing marketing strategies at the point of sale (POS) in order to maximize the visibility of the products in the partner stores.
  • Close collaboration with the sales and distribution teams in order to identify opportunities for increasing sales and market share.
  • Analysis of market data and consumer behavior in order to identify key trends and opportunities.
  • Developing and implementing efficient promotional campaigns, including pricing and product strategies.
  • Monitoring and reporting the results in order to evaluate success and make recommendations for improvement.
  • Managing the marketing budget and ensuring the efficiency of its spending.
  • Developing and maintaining relationships with the key partners in the industry.
Requirements

Requirements

  • Experience of at least 5 years in a similar role in the FMCG industry.
  • Excellent analytical and communication skills.
  • Solid knowledge of marketing at the point of sale and an understanding of consumer behavior.
  • The ability to develop and implement efficient marketing strategies.
  • Good project and budget management skills.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • The ability to work in a dynamic and results-oriented environment.
