Kapital HR is looking, on behalf of one of its clients, an architecture firm with large projects in civil and industrial construction, for an URBAN PLANNER.
Requirements
Requirements
- You are a graduate of the faculty of urban planning.
- You have 1-5 years of experience as an urban planner.
- You have experience in the field of urban planning design (preparation of urban planning documentation PUD, PUZ, PUG, PMUD, including the elaboration of documentation for specific permits)
- you have obtained the RUR signature right (it is welcome, but not mandatory).
- You have solid AutoCAD knowledge and you know how to use other programs that can make your work easier.
- You know very well the basics of the design legislation in force for urban planning design.
- You are a communicative, organized and positive person
- you have a special sense of balance that you know how to put on paper, fitting together as beautifully as possible the 3 essential pieces of the urban planning puzzle: the built environment, the natural environment and the needs of the community.
- You are attentive to detail, without ever losing sight of the big picture.
