- Supervising and coordinating the daily operations of the warehouse, including receiving, storing, and dispatching materials and finished products.
- Planning and optimizing workflows and processes to ensure efficiency and accuracy in operations.
- Managing warehouse staff, including recruitment, training, and performance evaluation.
- Developing and implementing inventory management strategies to minimize losses and maximize space utilization efficiency.
- Collaborating closely with production and sales teams to ensure timely and accurate product delivery.
