We launched this project nearly 4 years ago, starting from a real market need: recruitment in the legal field is different — more sensitive, more nuanced, and far more context-dependent than in other industries.

During this time, we have worked with both large law firms and boutique firms as well as corporate organizations, building a deep understanding of how this ecosystem works.

What we do differently

In the legal field, recruitment does not simply mean identifying a good professional. It means a fine understanding of elements such as:

  • the type of practice and level of specialization

  • the working style of the team and partners

  • internal dynamics and the firm’s positioning in the market
