KapitalHR is currently seeking for one of its clients from hospitality industry, a chain of hotels in full business extension, a passionate leader eager to take over the responsibilities of COO (Chief Operational Officer) for a hotel located in Bucharest’s neighborhoods.

Works closely and liaise directly with the Managing Director to position the chain of hotels as a successful hotels company.

Accountable for meeting expectations from guests, staff, media and investors.

Ensures there is a balance between financial performances and maintaining exceptional standards.

Plans, directs and assists the Managing Director to control the business, ensuring all relevant areas meet all operational, financial and strategic objectives and standards of quality and efficiency.

Identifies devises, formulates, communicates, validates and implements policies and procedures for the organization that will continually improve the overall performance of the teams and the business.

Leads, motivates, supports and develops a strong management team who in turn become a team instilled with a great sense of pride and purpose.

Takes ownership of the business, drives from the front in an exemplary fashion.
Achieves budgeted financial and strategic objectives.

Ensures operational excellence through implementation of processes and technologies.

Meets the targets contained in the business plan.

Manages on-going performance of the business.

Creates, develops and implements policies and procedures for the organization that will continually improve the overall operation and ability to deliver outstanding standards.

Represents the business as appropriate in its relationships with major customers, suppliers, competitors, government agencies, professional societies, the local community and similar groups.

Provides guidance and support to the properties’ general managers and other team members, with strong attention to detail and focus on delivering outstanding guest experience.
