Financial Analyst
Responsibilities
Responsibilities
- Identifies restructuring/recovery solutions for the credit facilities in the portfolio based on the restructuring analysis, the estimates regarding future developments, the existing risks, the situation of the collaterals and the legal analysis.
- Carries out the financial and business analysis of the corporate debtors, with the aim of identifying the structure of assets and liabilities, as well as of revenues and expenses.
- Identifies and proposes a change of the restructuring/recovery method, in order to make the recovery more efficient.
- Creates reports on the industries in which the receivables portfolio is concentrated and/or in which the firm wishes to expand.
- Creates market/research reports regarding the non-performing loans / company financing industry.
- Creates and uses templates in Excel (other MS Office tools) needed for financial analysis and modeling.
- Provides support for developing debt recovery strategies.
- Participates in the meetings with the debtors in order to understand as well as possible the particularities of each case in the portfolio.
- Views the properties brought as collateral for the credits in the managed portfolio.
Requirements
Requirements
- Relevant knowledge of lending products, instruments.
- Experience in structuring restructuring and recovery strategies.
- Experience in interpreting reorganization plans, financial data, cash flows, revenue and expenditure budgets.
- Experience in the financial analysis of companies, including in the analysis of business plans and financial modeling.
- Knowledge of how to assess and mitigate risk.
- Knowledge of conducting insolvency procedures.
- English – advanced.
- Analysis and synthesis capacity, attention to detail, prioritization skills.
