About the role
Kapital HR is looking, for one of its clients, for a person to fill the position of AREA SALES MANAGER, for the center of the country, the office being located in Cluj.

- Managing and developing the portfolio of clients and suppliers.
- Develops and offers appropriate solutions (hard and soft) according to the client's requirements.
- Presents, promotes and sells the company's products.
- Provides after-sales support services.
- Negotiates the contractual terms, the payment and delivery methods with the clients in the assigned area.
- Provides specialized technical consultancy to existing and potential clients.
- Collaborates with the legal department for the recovery of receivables.
- Collaborates with the Product Manager and with the technical department in order to identify the best solution applicable to the client's needs.
- Creating the architecture documents of the solutions, which may include both technical and business aspects.
- Creating the documents with solution proposals in a non-technical language together with the Product Manager and with Business Development, for the targeted clients.
- Evaluating the technologies for the possibility of integration into solutions together with the Product Manager.
- Creating, together with the Technical department / the Product Manager, the financial and technical offers, and ensuring that these are in line with the business criteria taken into account.
- Keeping up to date with the evolution of technologies.
- Belonging to and being active within the forums and professional groups in the field is an advantage.
Requirements
Requirements
- Experience: Previous experience of at least 3 years in the field of sales, preferably in the IT area, or consultancy.
- Experience in promoting and offering IT products / enterprise technologies from the major manufacturers on the market.
- Experience in promoting or offering complex, turnkey, multi-technology IT solutions is an advantage.
- Knowledge of projects financed through European funds is an advantage.
