Car & Network Controller
Kapital HR is recruiting for one of its clients, major player in rental car field the following position:
Car & Network Controller
The person will be responsible to:
-maintain the appropriate car fleet mix across the network-locations throughout the main cities in Romania;
– maintain the car fleet on a safe and quality wise high status achieving high scores of customer satisfaction;
-follow-up the car reservation flow for all locations;
-evaluate the network-locations staff and to hire new if so required;
-co-operate closely with the After Sales Operational Department for the proper and on time delivery of replacement cars to the Long-Term Rental Corporate;
– optimize costs;
– enhance revenue growth opportunities at the network-locations;
-build teams and motivate Customer Service Representatives and Parking Agents, ensuring their high level of customer services.
Responsibilities
- – Ensuring that at all times and seasonal periods each location has available the appropriate car fleet mix;
- -Following up and constantly improving the car fleet utilization in cooperation with Reservations/Sales department;
- -Implementing processes to ensure the highest usage of the fleet;
- – Conducting the recruitment of quality drivers and Customer Service Representatives for Bucharest and countryside;
- – Weekly monitoring the results of Customer Service Quality surveys and ensuring all network-locations are performing on designated high standards;
- – Building teams of CSRs and Parking Agents that would ensure high quality of service standards;
- -Making sure that the network-locations are maintaining the standards of presentations;
- -Making sure that standards of operations are applied;
- – Representing the company in public auctions/tenders for new Car Rental locations;
- – Following up and monitoring the usage or the car fleet;
- – Following up on the prompt and efficient services/repairs are applied;
- – Applying cost control and quality control methods during the service/repair term;
- – responsible for the car transfers and movements across the network-locations;
- – Responsible for negotiating transfers and for the agreements with multiple suppliers;
- – Should pay regular visits to all network-locations across the Country, especially before high season and business peaks (summer, Xmas, Easter etc);
- – Auditing and solving issues of local fleet management, customer service quality stations appearance and layout;
- – Coordinating Customer Service Representatives (CSRs) and Parking Agents across all network-locations to perform local sales and increase the revenue flow based on extra Item sales, as Walk-in Rentals, additional drivers fee, extra insurances, pick up & delivery fees etc;
- – Being alert on revenue growth opportunities at all network-locations;
- – Monitoring closely the Competition, reacting fast on market changes;
- Providing to local and International Management reports for all aspect of the business either weekly/monthly standardized or on other spot topics if requested;
- – Optimizing costs /expense on his line of business;
- – Complying to the local and international management requirements;
- – Controlling and managing numerous suppliers (washing and parking centres, transfer / towing companies, Airport Authorities, gas stations).
Requirements
- · Degree in Business Administration, Tourism, Logistics;
- · 4 + years in a similar role;
- · Extravert and communicative, with very good leadership abilities;
- · Outstanding organizational and Team building skills;
- · Analytical mindset and good problem-solving skills;
- · Quantitative ability;
- · Attention to details;
- · Exceptional interpersonal skills, people’s person.
- · Excellent written and verbal communication both Romanian and English.
