- You offer personalized consultancy to our clients, helping them find the clothing items most suited to their style;
- You understand the needs and preferences of clients, offering them appropriate suggestions and recommendations;
- You ensure an unforgettable shopping experience, by offering exceptional service and attention to detail;
- You collaborate with the team to achieve and exceed the sales objectives;
- You monitor the trends in the luxury fashion industry and you stay up to date with the new collections and brands;
- You participate in trainings and instruction sessions to constantly develop your knowledge about our products and brands.
Requirements
Requirements
- Previous experience in sales, preferably in the luxury industry;
- Knowledge of fashion and current trends;
- Excellent communication and client-relationship skills;
- Results orientation and the ability to achieve and exceed the sales objectives;
- Passion for fashion, style and attention to detail;
- Flexibility in schedule and availability to work on weekends and holidays.
