About the role

Kapital HR is recruiting, for one of its clients, an international school, an energetic and proactive person to fill the position of Customer Care and Sales Executive.

  • Meets the specific client support objectives of the department and of the company;
  • Participates in the internal and external training sessions carried out by the company or with the company's support.
  • Meets, through the tasks assigned by the manager, the personal objectives and performance indicators;
  • Accurately operates the records in databases and educational platforms and constantly updates the information related to the company's clients.
  • Presents the offers and provides assistance to clients;
  • Analyzes the level of client satisfaction in accordance with the company's policies, using the tools communicated by superiors
  • Permanently monitors the clients' situation (manages dissatisfactions or complaints, follows up on situations related to payments) and supports the educational activity according to the company's activity calendar
  • Promotes the image of the company and of the services offered and participates in internal or external events specific to the field;
  • Takes phone calls, messages received by email and provides the necessary information;
  • Demonstrates solicitude and interest in the concrete problems raised by clients;
  • Takes the clients' feedback and suggestions and forwards them to superiors together with their own proposals for improving the services offered to clients
  • Identifies and proposes the best solutions, maximally convenient for all the parties involved;
  • Records the clients' grievances or complaints and follows up on their resolution
  • Supports any activity of building loyalty and developing relationships with the company's clients;
  • Supports the company's sales activity through the quality of the relationships developed with clients;
  • Follows the work procedure while being flexible at the same time, the main aim being client satisfaction
  • Contributes to the implementation of sales strategies
  • Provides support in carrying out the actual sales process of the services in accordance with the company's marketing policy;
  • Carries out follow-up with the potential client.
  • Prepares materials and actively participates in all events of interest to the company;
  • Takes the requests for quotation from potential clients during events.
  • Manages materials such as books, manuals, supports
  • Keeps records of all the teaching materials intended for the company's clients;
  • Carries out the inventory of the company's library and stock of manuals;
  • Records the inflows and outflows of materials;
  • Lends out, records, verifies and receives the auxiliary materials from the trainees
  • Sells the books from the bookstore with books for sale, hands over the money in accordance with the internal procedures;
  • Carries out protocol and secretarial activities specific to the Reception, welcomes visitors and responds to their needs;
  • Redirects phone calls;
  • Forwards messages (documents, fax, mail, etc.) and ensures the resolution of requests
  • Collects the contributions from the company's members
  • Actively participates in all meetings in which they are requested, expresses their point of view and supports the team's decisions even when they do not fully agree with them
  • Collaborates with the Educational Department regarding the exchange of information necessary for the smooth running of the courses, for the correct record of the stock of books and educational materials;
  • Replaces persons within the Sales department for other activities according to the tasks assigned or special events;
  • Ensures the archiving of documents by developing and maintaining an adequate filing system.
Requirements

Requirements

  • Higher education, specialized in economics, administration
  • Good PC operation skills;
  • English language – intermediate level;
  • Experience in client relations, secretarial work or sales of at least 2 years;
  • Problem-solving skills;
  • Excellent planning and organizational skills;
  • Client and results orientation;
  • Communication and negotiation skills;
  • Personal initiative and involvement;
  • The ability to work both individually and in a team
  • Desire for personal development;
  • Flexibility and a positive attitude in the way of approaching and solving professional tasks.
