- Identifying and reporting client trends and feedback for the continuous improvement of services.

- Previous experience in the field of client support or client relations is an advantage.
- The ability to manage tense situations and to resolve clients' problems efficiently.
- Positive attitude, patience and empathy towards clients' needs.
- Teamwork skills and adaptability to a dynamic environment.
- Advanced level of English.
