  • Providing efficient and professional support to clients via phone, email and chat.
  • Quick response to clients' questions and concerns, providing appropriate solutions and assistance.
  • Efficient recording and management of clients' requests and complaints.
  • Efficient communication with internal departments to resolve clients' problems in a timely manner.
  • Identifying and reporting client trends and feedback for the continuous improvement of services.
Requirements

Requirements

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Previous experience in the field of client support or client relations is an advantage.
  • The ability to manage tense situations and to resolve clients' problems efficiently.
  • Positive attitude, patience and empathy towards clients' needs.
  • Teamwork skills and adaptability to a dynamic environment.
  • Advanced level of English.
