KapitalHR is looking, for one of its clients, an expanding company in the market of construction and utility projects for fluids, for a person to take over the role of HR Manager.
Responsibilities
Responsibilities
- – gets involved in the definition and implementation of organizational development projects – maintains and manages the relationship with the employees.
- – actively participates in projects carried out by the Human Resources department.
- – provides active support to management and employees in change processes – participates in the analysis of the team's personal and professional development needs.
- – develops communication and engagement initiatives that contribute to a homogeneous work environment and organizational culture -participates in the creation and implementation of HR procedures aligned with the business strategy.
- – monitors the performance standards (KPIs).
- – coordinates recruitment projects.
- – redefines the salary policy in accordance with the new business objectives for the next 4 years.
- – implements a new time-tracking system aligned with the most recent internal regulations.
- – handles both the induction processes for the new employees and the exit interviews.
