Job description
Ensures the carrying out of the production process, monitoring the realization of the production in accordance with the approved plan; Takes measures and looks for solutions for the optimal use of the received raw materials depending on their quality and dimensions; Establishes the necessary personnel for the realization of the production plans; Evaluates and analyzes the parameters of the production process so as to ensure the attainment of capacity at maximum yield; Monitors daily the consumption of raw materials and the compliance with the standardized specific consumption; Monitors the traceability of the products throughout the entire production flow; Monitors the use in production of the raw materials according to FIFO; Participates in carrying out the tests for the new products. Constantly informs themselves regarding the news in the field of the processing industry in the food industry – canned vegetables, fruit, meat; Training the subordinate personnel in order to know the working technologies; Verifies the critical points on the technological flow;
