Kapital HR is looking, for one of its clients, a company that processes steel, from Galați, for a person to fill the position of Key Account Manager (KAM) DIY Retailers.

The job is located in Bucharest.

Responsibilities

Responsibilities

  • **Managing Key Accounts:** - Developing and maintaining relationships with the main clients from the large DIY retailer chains. - Identifying client needs and offering customized solutions to increase their satisfaction and loyalty.
  • **Sales Strategy Planning and Implementation:** - Developing and implementing sales strategies for key accounts, aligned with the company's general objectives. - Monitoring and analyzing account performance to ensure the achievement of sales targets and KPIs.
  • **Negotiation and Contracting:** - Negotiating the contractual terms and conditions with clients, ensuring that the agreements are advantageous for both parties. - Managing contracts and ensuring their compliance throughout the collaboration.
  • **Analysis and Reporting:** - Collecting and analyzing sales data to identify market trends and opportunities. - Preparing detailed reports and presenting them to management to highlight results and propose improvement actions.
  • **Internal Coordination:** - Close collaboration with internal teams (logistics, marketing, finance) to ensure the delivery of products and services according to clients' requirements. - Facilitating communication between the client and the internal departments to solve problems and optimize processes.
  • **Developing New Opportunities:** - Identifying and developing new business opportunities with existing and potential clients. - Expanding the portfolio of products and services offered to key clients.

  • Solid knowledge of the DIY retail market and its dynamics.
  • Familiarity with B2B sales processes and tactics.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to analyze and interpret sales data.

  • Leadership and the ability to motivate and coordinate teams.
