Kapital HR is looking for an experienced and results-oriented Key Account Manager to manage and develop relationships with B2B clients in the IT & Print industry. In this position, you will play a crucial role in maintaining and expanding strategic partnerships, ensuring that clients' needs are met efficiently and that sales objectives are achieved.

  • Managing and developing the portfolio of B2B clients, ensuring that the relationships are maintained at a superior level.
  • Identifying clients' needs and business opportunities, offering customized solutions that meet their requirements.
  • Creating and implementing sales strategies to maximize revenue and achieve growth objectives.
  • Negotiating and concluding commercial contracts, ensuring that the terms are advantageous for both parties.
  • Monitoring the performance of the managed accounts and drawing up periodic reports on their progress and evolution.
  • Close collaboration with internal teams, including marketing, technical support and logistics, to ensure timely delivery in compliance with the established standards.
  • Monitoring market trends and competitor activities to identify new development opportunities and adapt sales strategies.
  • Organizing and participating in meetings, presentations and networking events to promote the company's services and products.

  • Relevant experience of minimum 3-5 years in key account management, preferably in the IT & Print sector.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation and relationship-building skills with clients.
  • Demonstrated ability to reach and exceed sales objectives.
  • Solid knowledge in the field of sales and the understanding of B2B clients' needs.
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (economics, marketing, management or related fields).
  • Strong analytical skills and solution orientation.
  • Advanced knowledge of the Microsoft Office package (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Availability for frequent travel and for responding to clients' requests.
