- Providing legal support to the internal departments (reviewing contracts, legal opinions, points of view, exceptionally representation before authorities and courts);
- Managing the assigned works/projects with a proactive and solution-oriented approach.
- Permanently updating knowledge and promptly formulating responses for the internal departments.
Requirements
Requirements
- To have completed higher education (legal field);
- To have excellent communication and relationship-building skills;
- To have minimum 7 years of experience in the legal field (experience in the FMCG or retail industries);
- To have advanced knowledge of legislative activities and practices;
- To have a proactive attitude;
- To have prioritization, organization and attention-to-detail skills;
- To have problem-solving competencies and to be focused on identifying solutions;
- To have a good capacity for analysis and synthesis;
- To have advanced knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word);
- To have knowledge of the English language (at least intermediate level).
