Kapital HR is recruiting, for one of its clients, a market leader in the Industrial CATERING industry, a person to fill the position of Operations Manager, located in Pitesti.

Job Description:

The Operations Manager will be responsible for coordinating and developing the relationship with one of the company's most important clients.

  • Coordinating and managing operations, ensuring compliance with quality standards and customer satisfaction;
  • Recruiting, training and supervising the management team of each location;
  • Developing and implementing business growth strategies in line with the company's objectives;
  • Monitoring the operational and financial performance of each location and reporting it to the management team;
  • Ensuring that the implemented systems (Quality, Food Safety) are observed;
  • Identifying and resolving operational problems and handling customer complaints in a prompt and satisfactory manner;
  • Managing the relationship with the end consumer in collaboration with the Unit Managers at the locations;
  • Planning the staff for the smooth running of the serving activities;
  • Planning, coordinating, leading and controlling the activity of the locations so that the financial results fall within the estimated plan (budget);
  • Setting the menu together with the Unit Managers, so as to ensure the variety and quality of the products, in line with the client's expectations;
  • Leading the activity based on internal procedures and continuously ensuring the good and correct functioning of the operational activity.
Requirements

Requirements

  • Solid experience in managing industrial catering operations or food production
  • Knowledge of food safety legislation and standards;
  • Excellent planning and organizational skills, leadership, excellent communication and negotiation skills;
  • The ability to manage several projects simultaneously and to prioritize tasks;
  • Excellent communication skills in English;
  • Availability for business travel to the locations;
  • Analytical capacity, results-oriented;
  • Stress resistance;
  • Leadership skills, strong organizational skills, commercial thinking;
