Role description:
Kapital HR is recruiting a Production Manager for the team of a renowned cold cuts factory in Caracal, Olt county. This is a key role in achieving the production and profitability objectives, ensuring the planning, organization and coordination of the entire cold cuts production activity under conditions of efficiency, food safety and high quality standards.

- Coordinates the **complete production flow** (from goods receipt to the output of packaging), ensuring compliance with **HACCP and IFS standards**;
- Plans the **daily/weekly production** according to orders and the factory's capacity, optimizing the **technological processes** and **production times**;
- Collaborates with the **quality, maintenance and logistics** teams to keep the equipment within optimal parameters and to quickly resolve any non-conformity;
- Establishes the **staffing requirements**, decides the **organization of shifts**, proposes **investments in modern equipment** and allocates the **human and technical resources** depending on volume and productivity;
- Monitors the **yield indicators** and **technological losses**, draws up **clear reports** and proposes **solutions for increasing the efficiency** of the use of raw materials and equipment;
- Plans **technical overhauls** and monitors the **production costs**;
- Ensures **consistency between departments** for achieving the production objectives;
- Coordinates the **production staff** and **periodically evaluates the team's performance**;
- Instructs the **staff** regarding the **operational procedures** and **internal procedures**.
Requirements

- **Higher specialized studies** (food engineering/meat technology/food industry);
- **Experience of at least 5 years in executive management**, preferably in the **food industry** or **FMCG** (experience in meat/cold cuts processing – **major advantage**);
- Experience in **coordinating medium/large teams**;
- The ability to **prioritize objectives** and to **align resources** for achieving them;
- Very good **communication skills** – clear, persuasive and adapted expression;
- The ability to **make quick decisions**;
- **Analysis and optimization** of processes;
- **Professional ethics and conduct**, transparency and integrity;
- **Team spirit**, organization and attention to detail;
- **English** – intermediate level;
- **Advanced computer operation knowledge** ( **Excel, ERP**).
