About the role

Kapital HR is recruiting, for one of its clients, a market leader in the Industrial CATERING industry, a person to fill the position of Product Manager.

As a Product Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing product strategies for the canteen-restaurants. You will collaborate closely with various departments, including the Research and Development, Production, Sales and Marketing departments, to ensure the successful development and launch of own products across the entire network.

The product manager also ensures that the product supports the company's overall strategy and objectives.

  • Developing and implementing product strategies for the canteen-restaurants in the industrial catering industry,
  • Continuously monitoring and evaluating product performance, conducting market analyses and consumer studies,
  • Identifying and implementing innovations in the product portfolio, depending on market trends and customer preferences,
  • Collaborating closely with the cross-functional teams to ensure the successful development and launch of new products,
  • Efficiently managing budgets
  • Developing and maintaining solid relationships with ingredient suppliers
  • Ensuring compliance with the food safety norms and the legal regulations relevant in the industry
  • Identifies and supports various ways of increasing the quality of the products as well as the company's revenue.
Requirements

Requirements

  • Previous experience of at least 3 years in product marketing or product management in the food industry,
  • Solid knowledge about the food industry and market trends regarding innovative and healthy products,
  • Excellent project management and organizational skills as well as analytical skills,
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, both in Romanian and in English,
  • The ability to work in a dynamic environment and to solve problems in an efficient manner,
  • Availability for occasional travel,
  • Excellent teamwork skills,
