About the role

For one of our clients, a company specialized in providing high-quality catering services in industrial environments, we are recruiting an energetic professional gifted with leadership skills, to fill the position of Regional Operations Manager.

We are looking for a person with solid experience in the industrial catering industry, to coordinate and develop the operations in three locations that are very important for our client.

  • Coordinating and managing operations, ensuring compliance with quality standards and customer satisfaction
  • Recruiting, training and supervising the management team of each location, ensuring that the staff has the skills and knowledge necessary to provide high-quality services
  • Developing and implementing business growth strategies in line with the company's objectives
  • Monitoring the operational and financial performance of each location and reporting it to the management team
  • Ensuring that the implemented systems (Quality, Food Safety) are observed.
  • Identifying and resolving operational problems and handling customer complaints in a prompt and satisfactory manner;
  • Managing the relationship with the end consumer in collaboration with the Unit Managers at the locations;
  • Planning the staff for the smooth running of the serving activities;
  • Planning, coordinating, leading and controlling the activity of the locations so that the financial results fall within the estimated plan (budget);
  • Setting the menu together with the Unit Managers, so as to ensure the variety and quality of the products, in line with the client's expectations.
  • Establishing together with the Unit Managers the plan of measures, in view of observing the Food Cost.
  • Leading the activity based on internal procedures and continuously ensuring the good and correct functioning of the operational activity.

  • Relevant experience in the field of catering or hospitality;
  • Excellent organizational and planning skills;
  • The ability to work under pressure and to manage multiple projects simultaneously;
  • Customer orientation and excellent communication skills;
  • Leadership skills and the ability to motivate the team;
  • Solid knowledge of cost and budget management;
  • Availability to travel.
