  • 1. **Strategy and Planning:** - Developing and implementing human resources strategies and policies aligned with the company's overall objectives. - Planning the workforce to ensure the necessary resources in all areas of the business's activity.
  • 2. **Recruitment and Selection:** - Managing the recruitment and selection process to ensure the hiring of the most suitable candidates. - Collaborating with the department managers to understand the staffing needs and to develop appropriate job profiles.
  • 3. **Development and Training:** - Identifying the professional training needs and organizing training and development programs for employees. - Evaluating the efficiency of the training programs and adjusting them depending on feedback and results.
  • 4. **Performance Management:** - Implementing and monitoring the systems for evaluating employee performance. - Ensuring constant and constructive feedback for improving individual and team performance.
  • 5. **Compensation and Benefits:** - Administering the payroll and benefits systems to ensure competitiveness and internal equity. - Monitoring market trends and adjusting the compensation and benefits policies accordingly.
  • 6. **Labor Relations:** - Maintaining a positive work climate and managing labor conflicts. - Ensuring compliance with labor legislation and the company's internal policies.
  • 7. **Personnel Administration:** - Managing personnel documents and ensuring their compliance with the legislation in force. - Monitoring and reporting the human resources indicators to the company's management.
Requirements

Requirements

  • Studies: Higher education in the field of human resources, psychology, economics or other relevant fields.
  • Experience: At least 5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably within a company with diversified activity.
