The vision of the process specialist is to support our company in achieving its strategic objectives through reliable and sustainable processes.
Responsibilities

- Analyse business processes and workflows with the aim of finding out how they can be improved or automated.
- Analyse the process models as they are (As-is), compare them with the future and improved designs (To-be) and determine the necessary changes to reach the improved state.
- Process mapping – map the existing processes and design the improved ones
- Document the process standards
- Develop operating procedures and instructions, including training manuals and courses to meet the operating specifications.
- Maintain and update all process-related documents for reference purposes.
- Collaborate with management to define the key metrics for all the processes within the company.
- Carry out quality audits.
- Manage documents for staff collaboration and training in SharePoint. Supervise the performance of the reporting staff, providing clear direction and regular monitoring and feedback regarding the policy and procedure review and approval process in SharePoint.
Requirements
Requirements
- University degree in the financial or technical field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in finance and/or IT
- Expertise in process design and process optimization
- Strong knowledge of analysis and reporting tools
- Initiative and proactivity
- Very good communication and negotiation skills
- Proficiency in English
