Project Manager – Construction (Residential & Structure)
Kapital HR is looking, for the team of one of its clients, a major player in the real estate and construction market, for a Senior Project Manager.
This person must fully coordinate residential projects and structure projects, manage multiple teams and ensure flawless execution of all phases of a construction project. It is a role with a high level of autonomy, suitable for a mature, organized, results-oriented professional with genuine leadership skills.
Responsibilities
- Coordinates residential and structure projects end-to-end, ensuring compliance with deadlines, budgets and quality standards.
- Directly supervises and supports the **site managers and the other project managers**, setting clear priorities and workflows.
- Efficiently organizes the teams of builders and workers, monitors progress and intervenes for the quick resolution of any operational issues.
- Identifies and selects suitable collaborators, subcontractors and suppliers for the various phases of the projects.
- Builds and develops their own project management team, ensuring a professional way of working aligned with the company's objectives.
- Maintains constant and professional communication with beneficiaries, investors and the partners involved, managing the relationship with the client in a mature manner.
- Ensures periodic reporting to management and the monitoring of relevant indicators for the smooth running of the projects.
Requirements
- Solid experience (minimum 7–10 years) in the management of construction projects — preferably in the residential and structures area.
- Excellent coordination, organization and prioritization skills.
- Experience working with diverse teams: site managers, workers, subcontractors.
- The ability to make autonomous decisions and to fully manage projects, from planning to completion.
- Authentic leadership, oriented towards people and results.
- Excellent communication and relationship skills with beneficiaries/the client.
- Proactive attitude, responsibility, integrity and solution orientation.
