Project Manager & Team Leader – E-commerce Technical Owner IT and Digitalization
Kapital HR is recruiting for one of the clients in its portfolio, a major national hypermarket chain, a person to fill the position of Project Manager & Team Leader – E-commerce Technical Owner IT and Digitalization .
We are looking for a candidate with project management skills, technical skills, leadership and strong experience in e-commerce to join our IT team. His main responsibilities will be to manage the IT E-commerce team (project managers and business analysts), to ensure the roadmap implementation for our projects and to respect the deadlines and the allocated budget.
Responsibilities
- People management (training, coaching, feedback, evaluation, organization, etc);
- When necessary, implement new work processes to gain efficiency;
- Follow the roadmap of projects (respect deadlines and budgets);
- Ensures that new developments are properly integrated into the target architecture of the global solution;
- Ensures that new developments comply with IT security requirements;
- Manages the relationship with several development partners;
- Evaluates and ensures that development costs are real and justified;
- Budget follow up, as strong KPI for success
- Always in touch with the business team to communicate on the strategy and help implement it.
Requirements
- Completed higher education (Polytechnic/Cybernetics);
- Relevant work experience in SAP Hybris;
- Relevant knowledge and work experience as a project manager;
- Relevant knowledge and work experience with the Agile methodology;
- Negotiation skills with software solution providers;
- Leadership and people skills;
- Advanced level English.
- Graduated technical studies (Polytechnic / Cybernetics);
- SAP Hybris experience;
- Relevant knowledge and experience of project management;
- Relevant experience in complex integration projects;
- Knowledge and experience with Agile methodology;
- High level, however still deep technical understanding of the interfaces documentation, as a prerequisite for all the negotiations to be done with the software solutions providers;
- Advanced English;
- Good negotiation skills with software solution providers;
- Presentation skills, impact and persuasion to higher levels of top management;
- Leadership and people management skills.
