Kapital HR is looking, for one of its clients, a leader in the local production of petfood, for a person to fill the position of Reporting Officer
Responsibilities
Responsibilities
- Analyzes the production reports of the shift supervisors within the Production department
- Collects information regarding the production carried out and the related consumption
- Prepares and processes the daily reports regarding the production and the recorded consumption
- Prepares daily reports regarding the deliveries to clients
- Monitors the breakdowns occurring within the production section and follows up the orders for spare parts made by the Technical department
- Designs and refines reports for monitoring the product's performance parameters: sales volume, achievement of sales targets, production yield (extrusion and packaging), achievement of financial objectives
- Carries out the preliminary analysis, designs and prepares new reports established ad-hoc in case the standard reports do not present sufficient information
- Prepares and transmits the reports in accordance with the procedures established by the company
- Applies the reporting system, in accordance with the established procedures.
- Records in the ERP management program the production orders and the related consumption
- Participates in the monthly inventory of stocks
- Actively participates in the exchange of information between the departments of the work site.
Requirements
Requirements
- higher economic education
- very good knowledge of Excel;
- intermediate knowledge of English;
- analysis and planning capacity;
- project management capacity;
- relationship building and communication skills, both within the work site and externally with the company's management or other organizations or bodies of the authorities;
