Kapital HR is looking for a Senior Associate (Energy Sector) – Experienced Attorney.

We are currently seeking a highly qualified and experienced attorney to join our client team, as

Senior Associate, specializing in the energy sector. This position offers an exciting opportunity for

a motivated individual with a strong background in energy law to contribute to our client

organization, one of the bigger in Romania.

  • Provide expert legal advice and guidance on matters pertaining to energy law, including regulatory compliance, contract negotiations, and litigation.
  • Conduct thorough legal research and analysis to support the development and implementation of strategic initiatives within the energy sector.
  • Draft, review, and negotiate a wide range of contracts, agreements, and legal documents related to energy projects, transactions, and regulatory matters.
  • Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders, including senior management and other departments, to address legal issues and ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends, regulatory developments, and emerging legal issues affecting the energy sector, and advise stakeholders accordingly.
Requirements

  • Admission to the Bar
  • Minimum 5 years of experience practicing law, with a focus on energy law.
  • Demonstrated expertise in energy-related legal matters, including regulatory compliance, project development, and transactions.
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to effectively communicate complex legal concepts to a diverse audience.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with a proven ability to collaborate and build relationships across organizational levels.
  • Fluent in English.
