KapitalHR is recruiting for its client, a continuously growing start-up where they change the way people buy and sell refurbished devices. We are looking for a Senior Business Analyst to join in their team in order to develop new applications in the technical landscape.
The company growth is driven by technical and digital landscape and the ability to continuously improve and build our platforms. They are developing tools and applications that allow for the gathering, storing, structuring, and processing of all the data required for a product to be on sale on the platform.
Responsibilities
- Act as point of contact between business stakeholders and internal technical teams from the requirements management perspective;
- Ensure good communication with all stakeholders;
- Build/maintain documentation for applications or processes in the team’s ownership;
- Support Product Owner in Product Backlog prioritisation;
- Propose prioritisation adjustment based on the value to the business;
- Ensure that the Product Backlog is visible, transparent, and clear to all;
- Detail features in the form of epics and user stories;
- Understand and prioritise technical and defect stories;
- Define Acceptance Criteria, Definition of Ready/Done.
Requirements
- Relevant experience in implementation of complex software applications;
- Strong analytical and documentation skills;
- Defining and build product roadmaps to support business growth;
- Reporting on progress and impediments;
- Leadership, with strong organisational and interpersonal skills.
