About the role

We are looking, for one of the largest companies in Romania operating in the field of marketing and communication, for a Talent Acquisition.

Responsibilities

Responsibilities

  • **1\. Recruitment and Selection:** - Developing and implementing recruitment strategies for attracting top candidates. - Managing the entire recruitment cycle, from identifying the hiring needs to the integration of the new employees. - Collaborating with the department managers in order to understand the requirements of the positions and the ideal profile of the candidates.
  • **2\. Talent Retention:** - Creating and implementing retention strategies in order to reduce the turnover rate and retain valuable employees. - Monitoring and analyzing the data regarding employee retention in order to identify and address emerging problems.
  • **3\. Integration and Training Programs:** - Developing and managing the onboarding programs for the new employees, ensuring an efficient and quick integration. - Organizing and coordinating the training and professional development programs for the employees.
  • **4\. Employer Branding:** - Contributes to the development and promotion of the employer brand of Lowe Group and individually of the agencies in the Group (Goli, Initiative Media, Mullen Lowe, Medic One, and One Big Band) in the online environment (recruitment platforms). - Participating in career events and job conferences in order to increase the visibility and attractiveness of the organization. - Participating in the organization of internal events (e.g. Team Building, Rock Star of The Year, etc.)
  • **5\. Performance Evaluation:** - Collaborating with the HR Manager in order to develop and implement efficient performance evaluation processes. - Support in developing career plans and development opportunities for the employees.
Requirements

Requirements

  • Experience in the field of at least 5 years.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • The ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and to meet deadlines.
  • Solid knowledge of current recruitment and selection techniques.
  • The ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.
